Dan leads a team of professionals in Boston, New York, London and Hong Kong dedicated to identifying key themes across alternative asset classes, and originating opportunities for clients.

Prior to joining Citi, Dan worked for Bank of America’s alternative investment group, focusing on private equity and real estate origination and investment management. Dan also has experience working on all aspects of the underwriting and monitoring process for a wide range of buyout, venture capital, and real estate investments during his career in Bank of America’s principal investing division

Dan holds a bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Michael leads a global team of investment professionals focused on the origination, diligence, structuring, and oversight of hedge fund opportunities for Citi clients. He rejoined Citi in 2018 to oversee our customized hedge fund portfolios and fund of funds on the alternative investments platform.

Michael’s prior experience at Citi included as a Senior Portfolio Manager in charge of hedge fund portfolio management, and as a senior member of the Hedge Fund Research team, where he held the roles of Head of Investment Due Diligence as well as Strategy Head of Relative Value, Multi-Strategy, and Fund of Funds.

Prior to Citi, Michael was Head of Business Strategy at Field Street Capital Management. Earlier in his career, he held senior research and portfolio management roles at UBP and Battersby Capital. He began his career at D.E. Shaw & Co in 2002. Michael holds a bachelor’s in business administration from Georgetown University majoring in finance.

Head of Private Equity and Real Estate Research and Management – Americas Jeffrey leads our team that sources, diligences, structures and distributes private equity and real estate investments to clients globally.

Prior to joining Citi, he was an associate at PRP Real Estate Investment Management, where he was responsible for the financial and investment analysis of real estate principal investments for two middle-market opportunistic real estate funds. He supported senior portfolio managers in the complete acquisition process including originating, underwriting, diligencing and structuring investments. He has experience across several property types including office, multi-family, industrial and retail sectors.

Previously, Jeffrey was a senior analyst with Jones Lang LaSalle, within its Public Institutions Group, focusing on US military housing-privatization and real property. Jeffrey holds a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College.

With more than 25 years of experience, Tim leads our team of real estate and private equity experts in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Previously, Tim was a partner at a major European property consultancy, where he advised mainly private investors on the acquisition, sale and suitability of commercial real estate assets throughout the UK and across all sectors. He also advised several clients on the construction of major property portfolios.

Tim has a bachelor’s degree in estate management from the University of Westminster, is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and a member of the Investment Property Forum.

Paul is responsible for sourcing, diligencing, structuring, and assisting with the distribution of Asia Pacific private equity and real estate investments for clients globally.

Prior to joining Citi, Paul was the Founder of Opera Capital Partners, where he provided comprehensive advisory, financing, and investment solutions for alternative fund managers and investors.

Paul has previously worked for Tianli Financial Holdings, Nan Fung Group, Standard Chartered Bank and HSBC.

Paul holds a bachelor’s in business administration, finance, and economics, from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designations and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Laurie leads the Alternative Investments global sales team, overseeing the distribution of private equity, real estate and hedge fund client offerings.

She joined Citi from Bank of America, where she led the capital markets sales team. Prior to that, she served as an Alternative Investments Technical Specialist in Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Alternatives Investment Sales Group. She also spent time in Merrill Lynch’s Private Banking and Investment Group.

Laurie holds a bachelor’s in finance and international management from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.

Victor leads the development of Citi Global Wealth Investments’ discretionary Alternatives capabilities. He drives business strategy and develops new discretionary products and structures, including fund of funds, co-investment funds and separately managed accounts.

He joined Citi in 2022 from Fidelity, where he was an Investment Director for Family Office Services.

Prior to Fidelity, Victor served as Head of Buyside Market Specialists, North America, at Bloomberg. Before joining Bloomberg, he was a portfolio manager at Wedbush Equity Management, having previously been an equities portfolio manager and research analyst at Barclays Global Investors.

Victor received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a CFA and CAIA charter holder.

Irfan is responsible for operational risk assessments across all alternative and traditional products globally, as well as for implementing and maintaining the operational due diligence program across the Citi Global Wealth Investments’ Alternatives and Traditional platform.

Having joined Citi in 2010, he is a voting member of our Alternative Investments Oversight Committee; Portfolio Oversight Committee for Hedge Fund, Private Equity and Real Estate; and Traditional Global Due Diligence Committee.

Prior to joining Citi, Irfan was Associate Vice President at Ermitage Group, focusing on operational due diligence across North America, Europe and Asia. He has previously worked at Ferox Capital as a hedge fund analyst, and Lane Clarke and Peacock as an investment analyst.

Irfan holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from University College London and a master’s in Investment Management from Cass Business School, City, University of London.

Michael is responsible for a team of investment professionals focused on origination, diligence, structuring and oversight of hedge fund opportunities for Citi Global Wealth Investments’ clients.

Prior to rejoining Citi in 2019, Michael was Head of Research and Co-Portfolio Manager at Gapstow Capital Partners. During his initial tenure at Citi, he served on the Hedge Fund Research and Management Team, and as Strategy Head, responsible for credit- and event-driven strategies.

Previously, he was involved in both portfolio management and research at UBP Asset Management. Michael began his career at State Street Corporation as an accountant.

He holds a bachelor’s in finance from Rutgers, New Jersey, as well as a CFA charter.

Megan is responsible for sourcing, structuring and distributing private equity and real estate investments for clients in the Americas, as well as conducting associated investment due diligence.

She joined Citi Private Bank in 2015 from Kingdom Hotel Investments, where she concentrated on transactional assignments, strategic planning and asset management of the firm’s hotel investments.

Megan previously worked for Deutsche Bank Securities in its investment banking division. Before this, she worked for Host Hotels & Resorts real estate investment trust.

She has a bachelor’s in hotel administration from Cornell University.
